Costumer Reviews

I bought this radio for a garage radio.

I was specifically looking for a radio that I could connect an MP3 player to it.

This was exactly what I was looking for, and the price made it even better.

I figured since it didnt look the most durable and since its going to be out in the garage it probably wont last very long...

But I mounted the radio and the speakers under cupboards ( rigged it up with the sticky velcro stuff- there is nothing on the radio or the speakers that would let you mount then otherwise )so it would be out of the way.

I was worried the speakers wouldnt be loud enough to be able to hear the music ontop of me working on projects, my car, using power tools, etc...

But it actually isnt bad. I can turn it all the way up and sounds pretty good-- It doesnt have bass or isnt as clear as my car stereo or my home stereo-- but its great for my garage or even in the bedroom or office it would be perfect.

It doesnt charge the IPod or MP3 player-- but its still a good little radio.

For the MP3 player there is a connector on the radio that plugs right into where the headphones would.

I am happy with my purchase and for the price cant really beat it!

The illuminated clock numbers aren't too bright, the radio tuning is kinda tricky, but for $20 it's doing what I want.

My mp3 players (creative zen mozaic and sanza clip, not ipods) fit right on the input jack and works fine. the sounds seems fine as well, its not overwhelming but considering how small the speakers are I think it's pretty good. no idea how long it will last, but so far so good!
